Refund Policy
1. Fees for club membership, pre-paid swimming lessons and other events will not be refunded except where there has been overpayment or under the most extreme circumstances based on an individual, case by case nature and will be at the discretion of the Club Treasurer. For the purpose of clarity: if, for what ever reason, a member misses one or more prepaid swimming sessions, no refund will be given.
2. Refunds will only be made if Onkas Swim Club fails to provide the services or products as scheduled or ordered respectively and only then when alternative services and products are not reasonably provided: the “swimming session” is cancelled without there being access to a similar session within the period covered by the payment; or ceases to be provided, or the “product” is not the product ordered by the member and is returned to Onkas Swimming Club in good order.
3. On the rare occasion that a refund is paid it will be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow 14 days from the time of approval.
5. Refunds will only be credited back to the credit card or bank account that was used to make the original purchase.

7. Using this site to pay your member fees or any other fees online indicates that you have read, understood and agree to the above terms and conditions.
